Gijs Walraven, Director for Health of the Aga Khan Development Network, speaks about the pandemic – how the Network has been responding since the outbreak, the impact it has had on people with non-communicable diseases, what efforts are in place to prioritise COVID-19 vaccination for vulnerable populations – and beyond the pandemic, what the Network is doing to create well-functioning health systems that place primary health care at the centre of efforts to attain “health for all”.
