Pakistan's youth is coming up with quick and useful strategies to tackle COVID-19, including setting up helplines, collecting protective equipment for medical staff and innovating for ventilators. Student Taskforce Against Covid-19 (Stac-19) was started by final year medical students at the Aga Khan University Hospital. The taskforce runs a helpline and is also helping the Pakistan Medical Association in identifying volunteers to help out at Karachi's Expo Centre isolation ward.

On 9 March in Hyderabad, the US Ambassador to India, Kenneth I. Juster,  unveiled the refurbished Qutb Shahi Tombs restored by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture. Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador said that it was very important to restore the cultural heritage of India. He added it was his third visit to the tombs and was delightful to see these tombs restored successfully.
