Following on the establishment of the Coastal Rural Support Programme (CRSP) in Kenya, AKF now plans to replicate the Kenyan experience in the Mtwara and Lindi regions of southern Tanzania. CRSP, which currently works with over 190 communities covering a population of 130,000, will share resources and expertise with rural development programmes in Tanzania and northern Mozambique.
