Aga Khan Proposes Conference on “Enabling Environment” for Afghanistan Development
31 January 2006 - His Highness the Aga Khan today proposed that the international community work with the Government of Afghanistan to develop an "enabling environment" to encourage the continuing and growing role of private initiative in the development of the country.
His Highness the Aga Khan visited Afghanistan on the occasion of the inauguration of the country’s new president Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai.
