Aga Khan Trust for Culture Starts US$2.2 million Revitalisation of Forodhani Park in Zanzibar�s Historic Stone Town

Zanzibar, 18 January 2008 - Zanzibar's First Lady, Her Excellency Madame Shadya Karume, and Prince Amyn Aga Khan - the younger brother of His Highness the Aga Khan, the spiritual leader of the Shia Ismaili Muslims - took part today in a groundbreaking ceremony for the revitalisation of Zanzibar's Forodhani Park.
