Links to Programme
Partners
The Aga Khan Development
Network and its agencies actively seek to co-operate with
like-minded institutions in the design, implementation and
funding of innovative development projects. With the help
of programme partners, they seek to demonstrate that flexible,
private organisations, with carefully defined objectives,
can make significant contributions to the well-being of
large numbers of people. They therefore need and welcome
institutions and individuals throughout the world as partners
to attain shared objectives.
The Aga Khan Development
Network (AKDN) has signed protocols with the governments
of Bangladesh, Canada, Côte d'Ivoire, France, Kenya, Mozambique,
Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Individual agencies
also work closely with local, state and national governments
in each country in which they are active.
The following institutional
partners contributed financially or materially to the programmes
of individual AKDN agencies. Many more contributed practically
and intellectually to their work. All of these contributions
are gratefully acknowledged.
